A dashing and explosive top-order batsman, Arya scored 120 off 50 deliveries as the South Delhi Superstarz scored 308/5 in 20 overs. He was involved in a massive 286-run stand with Ayush Badoni who scored 165 off 55 in the same match. It was a monumental effort by the two young stars from Delhi. Priyansh Arya was also the leading run-scorer of the inaugural season of Delhi Premier League where he amassed more than 600 runs.
