TM Sampath

Tillakaratne Sampath, the younger brother, of Sri Lankan international star, Tillakaratne Dilshan has remained an under-achiever. His modest First class and List-A averages, hovering around the lower twenties only stand testimony to this fact. Like Dilshan, Sampath can roll his arm over with his stifling offies. His batting carries a precedence of power over timing and is rather tailor-made for the T20 version of the game.

He represented Ruhana Royals in the World T20 League in India in 2011. Sampath continues to ply his trade for the Tamil Union Cricket Club.
