Hailing from Nasik in Maharashtra, Satyajeet Bachhav is a slow left-arm orthodox bowler who made his first-class debut in 2012. Although he has been in and around the Maharashtra squad since a long time, Bachhav hasn't got the number of opportunities he would have wished for. With only a handful of first-class matches, Bacchav hasn't been a regular member of the playing XI.

He hasn't picked up a 5-wicket haul in whites but when it comes to first-class cricket, he's got a 5-for that came against Punjab in September 2018. As a result of his impressive spell against Punjab during that Vijay Hazare Trophy contest, Maharashtra managed to win the match by 94 runs and Bachhav's wickets included big names like Yuvraj Singh and Mandeep Singh.
