Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use U365FUN BD Cricket (u365bdcricket.com). By using the site you agree to them; creating an account or posting a comment also means you agree to our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Your account

You can read everything without an account. To comment, reply, like or follow, you sign up with an email address and a password. You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself and don't share your account: you are responsible for what is done with it.

Using the site fairly

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, abusive or misleading. Don't send spam, pretend to be someone else, or try to copy the site in bulk, overload it, break its security or get round its limits.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you allow U365FUN BD Cricket to store and show it on the site. You are responsible for what you post and confirm that you have the right to share it. We may hide or remove posts, and suspend or close accounts, that break these terms or the Community Guidelines.

Fan Zone

Polls and quizzes are just for fun. There are no prizes, your answers stay in your own browser, and nothing on this site is betting or gambling advice.

Cricket data

Scores, statistics, player details and some images come from Cricbuzz, a third-party cricket data provider, and are refreshed on a schedule. They are for information only, can be delayed, and may differ from official records. Don't rely on them for anything where accuracy matters, such as betting or official records.

Names, images and links

The site's design and our own text belong to U365FUN BD Cricket. Team names, logos, photos, videos and data belong to their owners and are shown for information. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

The site "as is"

We work to keep the site running and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without any promise that it will always be available, complete or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its information.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. This removes your profile, comments, likes and follows. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. When we do, the "last updated" date at the top of the page changes. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
